• Duplicate payments: Full refund for accidental double charges
• Unauthorized charges: Full refund upon verification

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations:

• Renewal payments (after first month)
• Partial month usage
• Cancellation after 7-day guarantee period
• Violation of Terms of Service
• Change of mind after 7 days

• All refunds include reversal of GST
